We want The Sensory Club to be a safe and welcoming environment. This policy helps us protect the privacy and dignity of children and families, and reminds everyone to ask a parent or carer before photographing another child.

No photography without permission. Members, visitors and staff should not photograph or film other people at The Sensory Club without their permission.

Consent before sharing. The Sensory Club will only publish identifiable photographs of people, for example on our website or social media, where we have an appropriate GDPR legal basis and, where relying on consent, clear consent has been given.

Opt-out is respected. Anyone can ask not to be photographed, or ask for an image of them to be removed where applicable.

We will obtain appropriate parental or guardian consent before using identifiable photographs of children for publicity or social media.

A grown-up stays with their child for the whole session — we are a playgroup, not a drop-off service.

Socks or bare feet in the play area, shoes off at the door. Grip socks are ideal.

Please keep poorly children at home. If your child has had a fever, sickness or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours, come to another session instead.

Allergies: tell us in advance. We use food-based materials such as oats, pasta and edible paint, and we will adapt where we can.

Kind hands and gentle voices. Grown-ups help with sharing and support any child who needs a quieter moment in the sensory corner.

Tidy-up song at the end — everyone joins in, big and small.

Booking and payment. A place is confirmed once payment is completed with our booking partner, who sends your confirmation and receipt by email.

Cancellations by you. Cancel at least 48 hours before the session for a full credit towards another session. Inside 48 hours we are not able to refund, as places are limited.

Cancellations by us. If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or a place at another date, whichever you prefer.

Safety and supervision. Parents and carers remain responsible for their children at all times, including on the way in and out of the venue.

Belongings. Please keep an eye on your things; we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Privacy. We only use your contact details to organise sessions and answer your messages, and we never sell them.

These terms are a starting draft — please review and adjust them before the site goes live.

No tracking, no cookie banner. This website does not use advertising, analytics or social media tracking, and it does not place tracking cookies on your device. That is why you will not see a cookie pop-up here.

Essential storage only. A small amount of storage is used purely to keep the site working, for example to keep an administrator signed in. Nothing is shared with advertisers.

Your message details. When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, your child's age if you tell us, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to organise sessions.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to help you, and delete them afterwards.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email sensorypartynl@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
